As with every aspect of our business, we keep a very close eye on our stock levels, despite the process being automated to a high degree.  With credit card payments we always double check to make sure what has been ordered is in stock before the actual transaction is processed. 

shipping and transport guarantee

Before you choose your method of payment you will need to select how the goods will be shipped to you.  We currently offer two methods of shipping: "standard" and "insured".

The former method does not require you to sign for your goods upon delivery/collection, unless they weigh over 2.00kg.  Goods sent via "standard shipping" weighing under 2.00kg are neither insured, nor trackable.  Goods sent via "standard shipping" weighing over 2.00kg are not insured, but are trackable.  Regrettably, we cannot and will not offer refunds on orders that are lost or damaged in transit which have been sent via the "standard shipping" method.

The latter method requires you to sign for your goods upon delivery/collection.  Although slightly more expensive, "insured shipping" ensures that both we and you, the customer, can be certain that your package will arrive safely and in good time.  All goods sent via "insured shipping" are insured and trackable.

Currently, we only offer "insured shipping" and "standard shipping" on orders weighing up to 20.00kg.  However, if you would like to purchase more than 20.00kg of goods, please do not hesitate to contact us with all the relevant information regarding your order, preferred shipping method and delivery address, and we'll provide you with a quote for your particular order.

All our shipping rates are calculated based upon the weight of your order and the country you want it shipped to. As such, please be sure to enter the correct "ship to" destination as erroneous information will result in delays as well as the possible cancellation of your order.

All packages shipped via "insured shipping" are, obviously, insured by us.  If upon delivery/collection your package is, or appears to be damaged, you must report this to the delivery person and/or company who delivered your order before you open it.  If you open your package before realizing that it is, or appears to be damaged, you should contact us immediately with all the relevant details.  We will then contact you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.  We always replace damaged goods free of charge.  However, with exchanges and returns, you, the customer, are liable for incurred shipping costs.

Although we process a large number of orders a day, 24/7, we endeavor to dispatch your goods the same day as your order is processed, security checks allowing.  Depending on where in the world you are based, your order will arrive within approximately 2 to 10 working days of being processed.  However, at certain times of the year (e.g. holiday seasons) it may take slightly longer for your order to be delivered, due to the increase in the volume of mail being sent via various postal services.  Goods are always dispatched on a first come first served basis.  The time of day your goods will arrive depends entirely upon the services available in your area. 

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email.  When your order has been dispatched we will email you again to let you know that your garments are on their way and that we have taken payment.  However, if for any reason we ever learn of a delay in the shipping of your garments to you, we will notify you by email immediately. 


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse and offer from a customer.  No payment is taken or accepted until the order has been processed and accepted. 

We reserve the right to alter prices without any prior notice.  However, once you place an order with us you will be charged for the price of your order at time of placement.  We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the prices in Pounds Sterling and Euros may change periodically reflecting trends in exchange rates, et cetera. 

All prices displayed are inclusive of all relevant taxes.  At the checkout shipping charges will be added. 

The "total" amount displayed at the checkout when shopping via our online store is not inclusive of any duty.  Depending on their geographical locations, some customers may be required to pay an additional amount in duty (based on the total cost/value of their order) when their order is imported into their country.

payment and supported currencies

After selecting a method of shipping you are required to choose your preferred method of payment.  The following payment option is the only one currently available:

  • PayPal

We currently accept three major currencies:

  • US Dollars (USD, $)
  • Pounds Sterling (GBP, £)
  • Euros (EUR, €). 

The default currency of the site is US Dollars.  However, when paying with credit/debit cards you will be presented with the total of your order in each of the above three currencies and given the option to pay in the one of your choice. 

Currency conversion is provided for reference only. When paying by credit/debit card, actual conversion rates will be determined by your credit/debit card company and may vary slightly, as in many cases the rates at the time of purchase are actually different than the rates used at the time of processing (as credit/debit card companies usually have a separate 'settling' time for payments).

If you wish to pay in Euros or Pounds Sterling you may alter the store's display currency via the drop-down box located in the top left corner of the site, just above the product menu.

Along the bottom of each page on our site are displayed the logos of all the credit and debit cards which we currently accept. Secure Card Payments are made via PayPal.  As part of our commitment to safe and secure online shopping, we always encrypt your card number(s).

To shop via our online store using your credit/debit card, your card must have been issued from the same country as the goods ordered are to be delivered to.  This security protocol is in place as an anti-fraud measure.

All our credit and debit card transactions are also pre-authorized.  What this means is that when you enter your card details checks are then made on the submitted details and the transaction funds are reserved against your card.

By pre-authorizing transactions we can perform numerous offline checks against your details and ensure that your order can be fulfilled. On completion of these additional checks the transaction can be post-authorized and you will be debited the transaction fund.

There are two further reasons why we use such 'deferred' processing.  For US customers, US Law requires 2-stage transaction processing, as funds may not be taken from shoppers until the goods have been dispatched.  Also, additional checks can (and always are) made on you, the shopper, to establish that the transaction is not fraudulent before completing the payment and delivering the goods.

exchange and return

No purchase is truly complete until you have seen and approved your garments.  If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase(s) we will replace them or give you your money back.  If you would like to exchange or return goods for any reason you must inform us of this within 7 days of receipt of your order, stating the reasons why you wish to return the item(s).  We will then contact you to confirm acceptance of this and provide detailed instructions as to how to go about returning the goods to us.  Goods must then be returned immediately. 

When shopping at you have full exchange or return rights for 7 days.  You can exchange goods if you would rather have a different size or color, or if you are simply unhappy with what you have ordered.  The only conditions are that the goods are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and are returned immediately in the exact same state and condition as they were when leaving our warehouse. 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If you receive faulty merchandise or are sent the wrong item(s) we will pay for the shipping cost incurred by you when sending the goods back to us.  However, we will only reimburse such costs (in $/USD, £/GBP, €/Euros) if you inform us of this within 7 days of delivery of your order.  We will also require proof of your shipping costs, although this is usually explicitly evident from the face value of stamps/franking.   If, however, you are returning and/or exchanging goods for any other reason (wrong size, color, et cetera), you will be liable for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us and the cost of shipping a replacement article (in the case of an exchange).

We take the utmost care when it comes to selecting third party products to be sold in our online store.  However, despite rigorously testing these products ourselves before offering them to you, the customer, we are not responsible for the quality, quantity and contents of goods sold in our online store which are produced and/or manufactured by such third parties.

washing instructions

For all garments:

  • machine wash cold (40º is okay, but 30º is preferable) inside out
  • do not use bleach
  • wash colors separately
  • tumble drying is not recommended, but if done tumble dry low
  • do not iron decoration(s) - ironing inside out is recommended


technical recommendations

We recommend this site is viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels in 32-bit color.
