Rotten beatbox spits!

It's a new year and we've got some new delectable products for you.  The Undead's rotten beatbox spits has finally been released and is in stock at our online store.

If you're shopping on a budget, pick up a copy of the bloodRed CD album; ten tracks ranging from one-take live routines to multi-tracked studio recordings.  For the connoisseurs, check out the special aficionado Edition which comes with an additional SVCD featuring ten video tracks made up of music clips and choice live performances.

The incredibly high production values and sheer professionalism of these releases is astounding, plus the artwork is just killer.  If rotten beatbox spits is anything to go by, then 2006 is gonna be beatboxing's best year yet!

The first tournament of 2006 is just around the corner.  On January 14^th, the HaJa Center in Seoul will be the venue for the 2^nd Korean "Just Beatbox" Battle Tournament.  A daytime event from 2 - 6pm, the proceedings will be presided over by MHDragon and feature special guests Beatboxer DG and Beat Mini.  For more details, visit MssKool.Com.

Back in the West, Adam Matta is getting the New Year well under way with a free show together with Aaron Comess at 9pm on January 19^th.  So head on down to Nightingale Lounge in the heart of the East Village of New York City for heavy funk/world drums, beatbox, loop pedals wizardry, plus vocal horns and f/x.  As Adam says, "show's free, place is swank, crowd is live, hope to see you."

Another date with Adam for your diaries: February 5^th will see Adam and violinist, Julie Carney, at ABC No Rio's COMA series.  Good to see Adam on track for 2006!

Also, if you haven't already picked up a copy of your own, Adam's CD, Rage Against the Drum Machine, is still available through our online store, together with the Live at the Living Room DVD in which he also heavily features.  Both quality releases.

Over in Baltimore, on January 21^st, Shodekeh will be rocking with Heavens to Metroid at Frazier's on the Avenue. For more info on the concert, contact Frazier's on 410-662-4914.

Shodekeh is also still putting in work, rocking as the resident beatboxer for the poetry venues Slamicide on Monday nights and The Smoking Word Revolution (call 410-905-9088 for details) on Sunday nights.
