Aotearoa Beatbox Battle and holiday period delivery timesThe holiday period is fast approaching. At this time of year many staff are away on vacation and our online store is maintained by a skeleton crew. There is also an increased burden placed on postal services and parcel delivery companies due to the zillions of cards and presents being shipped around the world. All this culminates in a backlog of orders waiting to be shipped out to customers who have ordered via our online store.
So, orders placed after December 14th, 2004 may not be shipped out until January 7th, 2005. Of course, you can continue to place orders over the holiday period, but if you want to have your orders delivered by Christmas, please avoid disappointment by placing them by December 14th, 2004 at the very latest.
Normal service and delivery times are guaranteed to be back to normal by January 7th, 2005.
To compensate for all the hassle that comes with these holiday period delivery times, we're now offering a free t-shirt with every order worth over $100 (USD, excluding shipping). To qualify, orders must be placed before the end of December 14th, 2004. To claim your free tee (located at the top of the "t-shirts" section in our online store), simply add one to your basket before proceeding to the checkout.
The Hype Dark tournament held last Thursday in Leeds, UK was a huge success. First place went to THePETEBOX from Nottingham, with Huddersfield's DeSEBeL coming a close second. Props to both you guys for a battle well won.
Congratulations also to RoxorLoops for becoming the 2004 Belgian beatboxing champion. Go Senjka!
While we're on the subject of amazing beatboxers, we're proud to announce that two more shining stars have joined the mic(ism)® fam: Beatmaster'G from Ibiza, Spain and Hopey One from Brisbane, Australia. Glad to have you both on board!
